Friday evening Reggae Music at the Paradise Theater Saturday afternoon Chocolate tasting at the Bross Hotel (and tentatively, a seminar on types by chocolate by the president of a well-known local candy company) Saturday evening Valentine's dance at the Blue Sage Center for the Arts Music provided by the North Fork Flyers band Sunday Winter sports - skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, etc. (Bring your own equipment) High Tea (or hot chocolate) served back at the hotel (4:00 p.m.) Cost: $525 (including tax) for couples, $400 (including tax) for singles. Includes three nights at a bed and breakfast, three breakfasts, and all the events listed above. Saturday night you can have a romantic dinner at one of our excellent restaurants and maybe even ask that important question. Remember, you only get to pop the question once every four years so set the stage and the mood. They make you weep with slow country ballads - including traditionals written by the masters such as Hank Williams and Buck Owens, as well as a catchy numbers they pen themselves. Betse Ellis on fiddle is considered one of the best, if not the best in the genre. The Wilders are known to be one of the most entertaining groups to catch today.
